Returns

Well, shoot. That sweatshirt you longed for showed up in the mail today... but it doesn't fit. Don't worry, we got you. We'd be happy to take back any POW Merch, unused and with the original packaging, within 60 days of purchase.

Simply shoot an email to orderfulfillment@bristmfg.com with your order number and reason for return and our team will get you set up with all the information you need to process your return. You will receive a full refund once your product is received.

Exchanges

So, the sweatshirt doesn't fit, but you're sure the next size down is just the one...We'd be happy to help you exchange your product to get exactly what you want. Simply shoot an email over to orderfulfillment@bristmfg.com with your order number, which product you're returning, and which product you'd like instead. Your new product will be shipped as soon as we receive the item that you are exchanging.
